Privacy Policy
Plain language, because the fine print is its own mental load. Here’s what this site collects, what it never touches, and how to make it forget you.
Effective July 31, 2026
Mainframe Mom operates mainframemom.com. For anything in this policy — questions, corrections, deletions — email hello@the-invisible-load.com. A real person reads it.
A few outside services process data on our behalf. Each one only gets what it needs to do its job:
If you reach us through Instagram or Facebook (including comment-keyword replies), those interactions happen on Meta’s platforms under Meta’s privacy policy.
Every email we send has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Click it once and the emails stop. No exit survey, no “are you sure,” no winding down over six weeks.
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it entirely. Depending on where you live (the EU/UK under GDPR, California under the CCPA, and elsewhere), some of these are legal rights — but you don’t need to cite a statute. Email hello@the-invisible-load.com and we’ll handle it, usually within a few days and always within 30.
We keep your information only as long as you’re subscribed or as long as we need it to deliver what you bought. Records of purchases stick around as long as tax and accounting rules require.
This site is for adults and isn’t directed to children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect their information. If a kid slipped through, email us and we’ll delete it.
If we change how we handle your data, we’ll update this page and the effective date at the top. Meaningful changes — new tools, new data — get called out to the email list, not buried in a diff.
